A&M General Services ("we," "us," or "our") provides junk removal services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through amgeneralservicesllc.site (the "Site") and how we use it.
When you request a free pickup quote, we collect the name, phone number, pickup address, and item description you provide.
We also automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, pages viewed, and referring website. The only third-party tag on the Site is the Google Ads tag (AW-18257848883), which we use to measure which ads lead to quote requests. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or any other analytics or session-recording tool on this site.
By submitting your phone number through our quote request form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from A&M General Services about your request — including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice, and SMS text. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.
Your mobile number, your opt-in, and any text-message consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We use the Google Ads cookie described above to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not run analytics or session-recording cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, so the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to requests (for example, hosting and messaging providers), or when required by law.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; we will honor valid requests to the extent required by law.
